I'm using a Venu Sq, and recently my Garmin Connect app no longer displays/tracks Heart Rate data. It will show my current heart-rate, but is not tracking historical data, nor tracking Resting Heart Rate, nor High Heart Rate. This is extremely furstrating. Most of the posts indicate fixes involving the Device being associated with multiple
I had a similar problem with my Forerunner 35 recording on the watch itself, but not showing on the Connect App. The inadvertent solution was - like most electronic goods - to reboot the watch. I did so by running the battery flat. Once it was charged up again the heart rate re-appeared on the Connect App on my cell phone.
After the synch the heart rate zone values on the 530 reverted back to the incorrect numbers. So I called tech support. After trouble shooting and checking settings for a while he changed one heart rate number in Garmin Connect in the user setting, then changed it back, allowing him to now save the heart rate zone values. He then had me resynch
I've just lost the heart rate data from the app for around the fourth time now. The HR data is still showing in the watch but doesn't update to the app. In the past a simple unpair and pair hasn't done it for me. So this time I went straight for a factory reset on the watch. My steps below. 1 Remove device from app. 2 Reset watch.
I have a forerunner 55 and everything on the watch iteself is working fine (including the heart rate graph). I sync my watch to my app and it says sync successfull (verified from device sync audit also) and all my data like my runs are getting synced but my heart rate graph is not syncing for some reason .
Garmin Connect Not Showing Heart Rate. In most cases, you can re-enable it on your watch by going to Menu > Settings > Widgets > Heart Rate > Heart Rate Settings, or by going to Menu > Settings > Heart Rate/Heart Rate Settings. Because each option has its own set of instructions, the instructions in your owner’s manual may differ.

Is there a way of resetting my heart rate status as my training is showing strained. It’s not changed with gentle exercise. My pre operation HR was around 40 now it’s 52 minimum as my base heart rate has been elevated artificially by a pacemaker.
The Heart Rate Sensor on My Garmin Watch Is Not Accurate. Problem is not accuracy, the heart rate is sometimes completely wrong. I went back into all activities (Garmin connect shows the watch + firmware used in each activity) and came to this conclusion: firmware 10.x 11.x : ok (not as accurate as chest wrap but ok)
heart rate sync to apple health app. KaiC155 over 8 years ago. I don't see the heart rate data being written to the apple health. Am I missing something or it's the way to be? And why not? A dedicated community for Garmin users to ask questions, provide answers, and share feedback.
My Garmin Swim 2 is not registering the percentage in each heart rate range. After each swimming session, when I check the data, the 5 heart rate zones show 0%.
